With the popularity (and hilarity) of the last Train the Trainer day at our Pacific Beach physical therapy clinic, we decided to ‘punish’ Adam even more!  We will be adding a new date and time to our schedule.  This way if any of you missed the previous Train the Trainer day, you now have another chance to make Adam, and perhaps one of our resident physical therapists, go through all of those exercises that you love to hate the most!  

Stay tuned to the website and we will release the dates and times that will work best for the greatest amount of people (and no, Adam will not be allowed to schedule it from 2-3pm on a Tuesday afternoon, AGAIN!). 

We’d also like to thank everyone who participated in the last Train the Trainer Day, and everyone who continues to turn to us for their local physical therapist SD needs!  Adam had a blast, yet he complained of not even being sore the next day.  With that said, we invite you to start thinking of those exercises that you just can’t wait to watch us suffer through, and we will see you next time in Pacific Beach at Isis Physical Therapy!
